Who we are
Qawex Solutions ("we", "us") is a secure AI product studio at Basement, Innovista Rawal Mall, Main Defence Avenue, Sector A, DHA Phase 1, Rawalpindi 44400, Pakistan. This policy covers qawexsolutions.com. Our product Qawex (qawex.com) and our apps have their own privacy policies.

What we collect
- When you contact us (the contact form, WhatsApp, email or phone): your name, email address and/or phone number, company, the service you're interested in, your message, the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link (for example
utm_source). - To stop spam: the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you're a person. Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser and connection to do this.
- When you browse: our hosting and network providers keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time).
- Visit statistics: we use Umami, an analytics tool we run on our own server (stats.qawexsolutions.com). It sets no cookies, doesn't store your IP address and doesn't follow you to other sites. It counts page views, the country your visit comes from, your browser and device type, the page that linked to us, and a few clicks (for example "Book a call" or "Message us on WhatsApp"). If your browser sends "Do Not Track", it records nothing.
We don't ask for sensitive personal data on this website. Please don't send patient records or passwords through the contact form.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal or book a call. The legal basis is your request and your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To understand which pages are useful, in total and not per person.
We don't sell your data, and your data never trains public AI models.
Who we share it with
Only providers that help us run this website and reply to you, under contract:
- Cloudflare: DNS, security, and Turnstile on the contact form
- Hostinger: website hosting, and the server that runs our n8n workflow (it receives the form and alerts our team)
- Supabase: the database where contact requests are stored
- Meta / WhatsApp: only if you message us on WhatsApp
- our email provider, if you email us
Some of these providers may store data outside Pakistan.
How long we keep it
- Contact requests that don't become a project: only as long as we need them to reply and follow up, then deleted.
- Client records: for the length of the contract and as long as the law requires after it.
- Server logs: for a short period, for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email info@qawexsolutions.com and we'll reply as soon as we can. If you're unhappy with our reply, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
Our in-house security lead reviews our systems, access to contact requests is limited to the people who need it, and data is encrypted in transit. Found a problem? See how to report a vulnerability.
